Alexander Wang Headquarters
The Alexander Wang Headquarters project involved the transformation of a 46,000 sq. ft. floor plate atop the Fulton Market Building into a sleek, purpose-driven headquarters for the globally recognized fashion brand.
As Director of Design and Construction, I led the end-to-end delivery of this adaptive reuse project—from conceptual design and budgeting through construction and close-out.
The space was designed to reflect the brand’s minimalist aesthetic, featuring expansive open-plan workspaces, a private showroom for fashion presentations, and outdoor terraces with views of the East River.
I coordinated across internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure timely delivery, rigorous quality control, and alignment with Alexander Wang’s operational and cultural goals.
This project exemplifies my ability to manage complex, high-visibility spaces that fuse creativity with functionality.
