As a Project Manager at Related Companies, I oversaw key aspects of the building’s final delivery phase, including punchlist execution, buyer walkthrough preparation, and unit turnover.

I collaborated closely with the Construction and Development teams to resolve outstanding issues, streamline cross-team workflows, and ensure smooth, high-quality handovers in a high-profile, mixed-use environment.
