With over a decade of experience delivering transformative real estate and infrastructure projects, I specialize in leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle—from early concept and feasibility through construction, turnover, and operational integration. My approach blends strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, ensuring that design excellence, cost control, and stakeholder alignment remain central throughout execution.
Sustainability has been a core thread throughout my work, from implementing LEED- and WELL-certified strategies in adaptive reuse projects like the Tin Building, to championing innovations such as BIM-integrated MEP design and UV-C lighting systems for healthier, more efficient buildings. I’ve led design and construction efforts that prioritize long-term resilience, environmental performance, and occupant well-being—scaling these practices across portfolios in New York City and beyond.
My approach to development is rooted in cross-functional alignment and long-range vision. Whether guiding multi-phase revitalization or leading the design and delivery of tenant-driven headquarters like Alexander Wang’s, I bring stakeholders together—from city agencies and architects to high-profile tenants and internal executive teams—to navigate complexity with clarity. With roots in New York City and a background in mechanical engineering from NYU Tandon, I’ve spent over 15 years navigating the intersection of design, construction, engineering, and community impact. My path has taken me from multimillion-dollar developments to historic restorations, always guided by the belief that buildings are more than structures—they’re vessels for culture, sustainability, and human experience.
What’s your process like?
My process is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and creativity. Whether leading teams on-site or orchestrating complex urban developments from behind the scenes, I approach every project with intention and rigor. I believe that effective design is not just about aesthetics or budgets—it’s about aligning vision with execution. I thrive in the space where engineering meets storytelling, and I translate that into environments that are both beautiful and enduring.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by cities—their grit, rhythm, and constant reinvention. As a native New Yorker, I’m drawn to projects that challenge convention, embrace sustainability, and create spaces where people feel safe, welcome, and connected. I find joy in mentoring others, especially those just entering the industry. I run marathons to clear my mind, and I coach others because I believe the discipline of distance running is not unlike construction: long, demanding, and transformative.

I do this work because I care about purpose. I believe buildings should serve people, not just investors. I believe sustainability isn’t a buzzword—it’s a responsibility. And I believe that when we build better, we live better.
